The Chief Information Officer – 解决方案 and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to permit the Institutes and Centers (ICs) of the National Institutes of 健康 (NIH), the Department of 健康 and Human 服务 (DHHS), and other 联邦机构 to acquire a wide range of IT services and solutions.
